EXCHANGE POLICY
Cozy Shop does not accept returns, however, we are happy to exchange for an item of equal or greater value or put the balance on a store credit car
Unworn and unused items can be exchanged.
Customers are responsible for covering exchange shipping costs for online and out-of-state purchases. Workshop tickets, craft kits, lip balm, infusion kits, and refills cannot be exchanged. Thank you.
