Refund policy

Cozy Shop does not offer refunds for change-of-mind returns. Eligible unworn and unused items may be exchanged for an item of equal or greater value, or for store credit.

Request an exchange within 30 days of your in-store purchase or delivery of your online order. A receipt or order number is required.

For an in-store exchange, bring your item and receipt or order number to Cozy Shop. For an online exchange, email hello@cozyshopstl.com with your order number and the item you wish to exchange. Please wait for instructions before shipping anything back.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. Workshop tickets, craft kits, lip balm, infusion kits, and refills cannot be exchanged.
